Peter
Pilven has been potting for over 30 years after initially training as
a production potter in
the early 70’s. For more than 20 years he has been a lecturer at the University of
Ballarat, where he is now in charge of ceramics. The Pilvens maintain a large studio and kilns set on 10 acres
of bushland 20 minutes south west of Ballarat in central Victoria.
